INTERNATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

On May 20, 2022, an international round table on PPP was held in Uzbekistan, which was organized by the Government of Uzbekistan jointly with the Asian Development Bank with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank Group, and the Islamic Development Bank. The round table was attended by representatives of the Kazakh delegation represented by Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ilyas Userov, Chairman of the Board of the Kazcenter PPP Samat Sagyndykov and Managing Director-member of the Board of the Kazcenter PPP Aidos Kobetov.

On September 21-23, 2022, in the city of Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the assistance of CLDP (CLDP- Commerce Law Development Program – Commercial Law Development Program), a round table was held on the exchange of experience in the field of PPP, in particular, project financing was discussed. The purpose of this roundtable is to build relationships with government officials from PPP units, ministries of finance or other line ministries responsible for assessing and overseeing infrastructure projects to further develop their PPP capacity in countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. The event was attended by the Director of the Training Department of the Kazcenter PPP Diana Yesembekova.
