From November 1 to 30, 2025, the Company is conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks with the involvement of an external independent expert. The purpose of the analysis is to comprehensively study and assess the Company’s managerial, HR, financial, and operational processes to identify factors that may contribute to the emergence of corruption risks. The analysis aims to:
• identify potential areas of vulnerability within structural units;
• assess the effectiveness of existing internal control, anti-corruption compliance, and corporate governance procedures;
• develop recommendations to improve mechanisms for preventing and mitigating corruption risks;
• strengthen the corporate culture of integrity, transparency, and employee accountability.
As part of the analysis, employee interviews and surveys will be conducted, as well as a review of internal regulations, business processes, and the implementation of earlier recommendations issued by supervisory and regulatory authorities. Based on the results, the independent expert, together with the Compliance Service, will prepare recommendations for further improvement of the internal control and anti-corruption compliance systems aimed at enhancing the Company’s efficiency and strengthening trust among employees, the state, and society.
