President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered a Message to the people of Kazakhstan at a joint meeting of the House of Parliament.
The main part of the Message is devoted to the socio-economic development of the country. This is the second Address of the President for the current year. In March, the head of state proposed a new program of political reforms, as well as constitutional amendments, which were adopted in a republican referendum.
