JSC National Infocommunication Holding Zerde and JSC Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation

The sole shareholder is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
